Ulysse Nardin has announced its new partnership with One More Wave, a non-profit association whose mission is to help American army veterans, wounded or disabled in combat, to enjoy the benefits of surf therapy by providing them with customised equipment and assistance in taking to the water.
This mission of helping such veterans through ocean therapy resonated strongly with Ulysse Nardin, a brand with longstanding ties to the sea.
In addition to providing financial support to the institution, the watchmaker hopes to publicise actions and raise funds for the organisation through the sale of a dedicated timepiece recognising its important work. The imposing Diver Deep Dive “One More Wave” features a robust black DLC-coated titanium case that is water-resistant to 1,000 metres, while its back is engraved with the association’s logo to signify this partnership
